Mond Women, for women’s
wellness in all phases.
An intimate space for women means that each woman in the room is known. Her body, her needs, her goals, her strengths and where her opportunities for movement and wellness lie. Mond Women is a space where connection to femininity and knowing your body is encouraged. Yoga classes are threaded with emphasis on connection to your body as a woman, to your cycles as a woman and to your feminine self.
Mond Women is all about women’s health and wellness. Yoga classes specialise in connection to pelvic floor, menstrual cycles, yoga for hormone support and nourishment, yoga for anxiety, prenatal, postnatal, mums and bubs (I call it Mamas and Bubbas) yoga for fertility, vinyasa with a feminine approach, yin and restorative. Private classes, consults and workshops are available in fertility awareness, yoga for birthing, couples birthing preparation, yoga for menstrual health, menstrual cycle energy awareness and planning. Hi, I am Monique.
And I am Mond Women.
But you are, too. I have taught and studied yoga since 2014 and my passion is working with women, to improve their understanding of their bodies and connecting them to their feminine self. I had my first of three babies in my thirties and it was her birth that inspired me to support women in their births, through the empowerment of yoga. I have always been hyper aware of my body, it’s changes, it’s movement, and yet it wasn’t until after the birth of my second child that I came to understand my body as a woman more fully. I love this about teaching and moving through yoga too: there is always so much more to learn.
