Mond Women yoga classes are catered to women and their bodies.
Mond Women vinyasa is named Hi Vibe because it is fun and challenging, with a feminine approach. All classes move through traditional yoga sequences with an emphasis of connection to self through touch, movement and understanding of your body. This class is 45mins for the lunchtime and early morning yoga fix, followed by 15mins optional mediation for women.
Femme AF Yoga is a nod to vinyasa with some dance-like-movement, moon salutations, and most importantly accompanied by some sweet femme AF tunes. Lana Del Rey is our femme queen currently, to give us the nudge we need to get our feminine flow on.
Mond Femme Flow Yoga is sequenced depending on the moon phase. This week could be a New Moon so the yoga will be restorative, a waxing moon will bring a class with a balance of energising vinyasa and restoration, the Full Moon will be vibrant vinyasa and finally a waning moon will mean some Yin.
Confidence Qween. Sometimes we all need to get back to basics, so this class focuses around teaching the essential poses of yoga while teaching you a bit about your body. This class can be for women that are well versed in yoga practice and want to rebuild strength in yoga poses. It is also for women that have never before done yoga and want to learn the basic poses, their body and build strength. Slow-juicy-femme movement for the yogini who has never tried yoga before, or it has been a while.
Prenatal and postnatal (Mamas & Bubbas or Yoga for Mamas where the class invites mothers only) yoga classes beautifully support new mothers. Whether this is your first or third child, you are a new mother to your new baby. You yourself and your body, experience each birth and baby differently and Mond Women classes know your body and your story, catering to you and your needs.
To bring us together as women there will be workshops, monthly morning challenges with options for Ayurveda brekky and smoothies, mini retreats, new and full moon ritual nights and different events to bring us together… Yin, pins and gin anyone?

What To Expect From The Experience
Mond Women is created with the intention that you enter with an audible sigh. It is a small space, so you know you are going to be cared for. Tea is served on arrival, giving you time to check in with Monique about how you are feeling in your body and what you need from the class. The semi-private classes are intended to allow for Monique to attend to your needs, seeing what your body requires during the class and supporting you through adjustment and alignment. You will never be lost in a class. You will never not know what is going on, or wonder if what you are doing is ‘right’. It is about you, your experience and having your needs met.
