    1. Final Sale on Opened Products

    Due to the nature of our products, we enforce a strict no-returns, no-refunds, and no-exchange policy on any item that has been opened, used, or had its original packaging or protective seals broken. All such sales are final.

    2. Eligibility for Returns (Unopened Items Only)

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be completely unopened and in the same condition that you received it.

    • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
    • The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging with all seals intact.
    • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

    3. Return Shipping Costs

    You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return an unopened item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    4. Consumer Law Exceptions (Faulty or Damaged Goods)

    We fully comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our strict "no returns once opened" policy does not apply if the product is faulty, damaged during transit, or does not match the description provided.

    • Once verified, we will provide a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost to you, as required by law.
